Important steps before connecting to the live event*

Please test your system on this link. We advise you to do this test before connecting for the first time and follow the requested modifications.

For the best possible experience, make sure to have these basic settings in place:

  • Connect from a laptop/PC, and not from a mobile phone
  • Have at least a 1.4 Mbps (megabits/second) internet connection
  • Use Chrome or Firefox as the most stable and consistent browsers
  • Set your browser zoom level to 100% (and adjust as necassary)
  • Set your screen resolution at minimum 1024 x 768
  • Allow Flash
  • Disable Pop-up Blockers
  • Do not connect via VPN (if possible)

Please note that multiple simultaneous connections using the same email address are not possible.

*Please note that your personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, Company Name & Country) will be transferred to our sub-contractor, UgoVirtual. UgoVirtual supports MCI in virtual platform services for e-conferencing, e-learning purposes and is a GDPR compliant entity. They will provide us with your participants' login and this data is required to provide this access to the platform. If you have questions or want to excercise your individual rights feel free to send an e-mail to privacy@mci-group.com.
